Will it understand my menu / services / price list?+
Yes. Upload your menu, service list, or price sheet (CSV or PDF) during onboarding. Aria learns every item, price, and option. The tone + booking flow auto-tunes to your industry archetype: restaurants get orders, salons get bookings, home services get dispatch.
Can I keep my existing phone number?+
Yes. We give you a ProoN number, then you set call forwarding on your existing business line to point at it. Customers see no change. The same number rings, just answered by AI now.
What if the AI makes a mistake?+
It transfers to your staff instantly when it detects confusion or the customer asks for a human. You hear every call recording in your dashboard. We continuously improve the AI based on real call feedback, so your specific tuning gets better month over month.
Is this HIPAA-compliant for medical offices?+
Not yet. ProoN handles scheduling only for medical/dental. We don't accept PHI on calls. A full HIPAA BAA is in our compliance roadmap. For now: appointment booking, insurance carrier name capture, and routing, but no medical-history conversations.
What about call recording for legal firms?+
Aria discloses recording at the start of every call. For attorney-client privilege concerns, recording is toggleable per agent in your settings. We default to recording-on for QA, recording-off for inbound consultations. Your call.
How long does it take to go live?+
