What about gas smell or other 911-level emergencies?+
The AI is trained to recognize gas smell, smoke, fire, or active flooding and tell the caller to dial 911 first, then call us back. Safety always overrides booking.
Does it quote prices?+
For standard services (diagnostic $89, tune-up $99, etc.) yes. For repairs and replacements, it books an in-home estimate, exactly like your best dispatcher would.
