Can it sync with MindBody/ClassPass?+

Direct MindBody integration is on the roadmap. Today, trials and bookings flow to the ProoN dashboard + your front desk gets a daily SMS digest to enter into your system.

What if the class is full?+

Aria offers the waitlist + suggests alternative times. Auto-converts waitlist to confirmed when someone cancels (via SMS).

Can it handle drop-ins vs members?+

Yes. It recognizes returning callers (when their number's on file) and skips the trial pitch. New numbers get the trial offer.

What about kids' classes?+

Configurable per studio: Aria asks about age + booker (parent vs kid) and books appropriately, including any waiver-collection step.
